Six black and white charcoal on paper illustrations for a new nonfiction book. The work needed to be technically accurate yet the reference material was nonexistent or very poor. I wanted to bring a visually stark and ominous feeling to the story.

This is my artist interpretation of the project complex made from the client brief. The apartment development no longer exists, it was torn down.
The work extended beyond my largest sheet size, so new pages were fixed and the joins removed later in Photoshop.
